Amelia Staker meets her Internet lover, John Quincy, for the first time in the
flesh. After a year of seeing John only through webcam, she's ready to show him a good time. Without a moment to waste, Amelia is prepared for two weeks with John—alone, with no computer screens between them—until the elevator puts a hold on those plans. Stuck in a darkened cab, their imaginations run hotter than their online trysts. Can this romance translate into a permanent future? Or will she send him packing?
As someone who found her husband through internet dating, this story sucked me in. Days, weeks, years go by and the time finally comes to meet that special cyber someone. Ms Richards captured the excitement which accompanies the first face-to-face perfectly. For a brief moment, I lived Amelia’s life, experiencing the fear, the hope, and the freshness of a relationship taking its next step.
Though the story was a fun read, it did lack conflict. I sped through the pages wondering what the catch was. Alas, there was none, making the storyline a bit too picture perfect. Still, if you’re looking for a quickie that’s flirtatious, adventurous, and full of humor, this is it.

Keta Diablo’s characters have a depth not often found in such a short m/m story. While they have intense chemistry and the intimate scenes are written with passion and the fireworks such a relationship generates, their emotions are not neglected. I love a good swashbuckler, and this certainly qualifies. I also love a writer who can make me share the feelings of her characters as the story unfolds.
Tales of pirates and their tall-sailed ships are always romance classics, for good reason. Keta Diablo lets us hear the creaking of the sails as her characters deal with their past and their uncertain futures.

Jeremy has lost the great love of his life and has spent the time since trying to find Peter in the bottom of a bottle. So far, it hasn’t worked out so great. Peter’s still dead, Peter’s twin brother won’t even speak to Jeremy anymore, and, well, everything else in his life royally sucks. In short, he’s hit Rock Bottom. What will it take for him to survive the worst time of his life? Or who will it take?
Celia Kyle has a way with words and a gift with language. Her characters are amazingly real and make the reader laugh and cry with their good days and bad. It takes tremendous strength to survive the loss of someone we care about, and Ms. Kyle takes us through Jeremy’s struggle to do just that. And I loved Adam If you want to read a m/m romance with strong plot and emotional depth, this is the one.

Jeffrey is not an ordinary husband and father. And the fact that he likes to wear women’s clothing from time to time is the least of his wife, Celeste’s worries. At least, it will be the least of her worries when she finds out what his deep, dark secret is. Funny, sometimes people are just not what they seem, even when you sleep with them every night.
It was difficult to write this review for a few reasons. The story is compelling, and drives the reader to read straight through to the end in one sitting. That’s a good thing. Empress LaBlaque tells the story in first person, as Celeste finds out her husband’s secret and takes action to deal with the sudden and terrifying change in her married life. However, the excellent storyline is compromised by distracting misspellings, incorrect word usage and other such problems. If not for these issues, I would have given it at least a 4.5.

This story is a Flirt from Breathless Press. It is a snapshot of passion in the lives of the couple, with a little bit of plot just to hold the whole thing together. But it is the stuff of fantasies, after all. Janelle awaits her husband’s return from Afghanistan, all dressed in her sexiest lingerie. And when he arrives, well, I don’t want to spoil the story, but I will tell you the sparks fly! I would write more, but I refuse to write a review longer than the story! Seriously, it’s a fun story, a quickie, and sexy as heck.

Southern Rose is a tale of two ladies at the time of the Civil War. Rose is a widow, making her way as a schoolmarm, and Agnes is a seamstress with a past. Can two ladies manage to find romance in each other’s arms in the restrictive society of their time? Read and find out.
The feminist in me always cheers for women who manage to be their own people and find their own happiness in societies where they are little better than chattel. Mary Winter’s heroines are both strong women who manage to do just that. The backdrop against which the story proceeds is illustrative of the restrictions under which many women lived then...and some still do. But if a woman is willing to take chances, she may just find her soulmate. I would love to know what happens with them later. Okay? Please?

Tabby Stuart lives a peaceful, safe life. She is a CPA, with an excellent job and a nice car. Except her car has disappeared, and so, in quick succession are her purse and coat as she is kidnapped, drugged, and carried off to an Atlantic City casino. This is just the beginning of Misstaken, a suspenseful romance novel that ranks with the best of its genre.
Kerri Nelson has penned an excellent story with winning characters and exciting backdrops. Her heroine is swept from her ordinary safe life into danger and excitement she never dreamed of. Of course, Tabby’s New Year’s resolution was to live a more exciting life, like her identical twin sister Trish. It looks like her resolution is in full effect. And of course there is a dashing and handsome hero who is hopefully ready to ride to her rescue, which would be only fair since he was the one who kidnapped her to start with. Give this one a read, you won’t regret it!

Charun has been an incubus for millenia when he is offered a great opportunity. If he will wait until she is born, he can be the familiar to a witch with a tremendous destiny. Together they have the magic to stave off an armageddon that could destroy the world. If he can wait that long, and if he can convince his witch that making love with him is her destiny.
I liked this book more and more as it went along. At the beginning, with our ex-incubus hero trying to keep himself pure for his yet to be born witch, the book almost lost me. But once past that very early point, the story picks up and the characters gain dimension. The lovemaking scenes are well-written and the chemistry between the Tina and Charun exciting. This is the first of Sapphire Phelan’s books that I have read, and I plan to read more in the near future. Of course, I am a big fan of witch stories...

Cassie Archer has recently inherited her grandmother’s farm, but the quiet country life may not be as peaceful, or safe, as it seems. There has been a murder in the neighborhood, and. There has been a murder in the neighborhood, and Sheriff Garrett Daniels wonders if Cassie might not have been the real intended victim. There is certainly something in the house that is trying to tell her something. When a grandmother is a witch, death may not be enough to stop her from trying to protect and help her granddaughter.
I totally and completely loved this book. It was one of the very rare stories I can say that about. The book opens with an exciting scene that grabs the reader and pulls them into the story, wondering, what is going on? and What will happen next? Of course, this is a romance, and it’s hard to miss with an extremely hot guy in uniform, like Sheriff Daniels. A hot guy who is trying to protect her from life threatening danger. Irresistible, right? And the chemistry between Cassie and Garrett will not disappoint. This is a really fun story even if your own countryside is not populated by helpful sheriffs and witches. But wouldn’t it be fun if it were?
