Lies, revenge, a complicated plot, and lots of hot sex with some BDSM thrown into the mix make this a wonderful story.

Conner Mitchum is a warrior from a planet known for its culture based on BDSM. He’s on an undercover mission that starts at a luxury fantasy ship where he meets a submissive who immediately tries to kill him.

Rhea is out to find the man she believes responsible for killing her family. She has tracked Conner to a pleasure ship and intends to act his submissive before killing him. When undercover missions are part of the mix, anything can happen, including falling in love with an unlikely person.

I enjoyed the well-developed characters, and the conflicts they dealt with both internally and externally. And the BDSM sexual scenes were nice and steamy.

Tessa and Zac are the perfect couple. Only one thing stands in their way. Tessa has a problem and she is afraid to talk to Zac about it. Zac has already figured it out and waits for Tessa to confide in him but instead he finds that she confides in another. Zac confronts Tessa about it and instead of talking they both retreat behind lies and ruin their relationship. Tessa is too afraid to tell anyone what she wants. After talking to his good friend David, Zac decides that he must tell Tessa about his past and hope that she will accept him. Zac blames himself for their problem never guessing Tessa’s real reason. In a desperate move Zac takes Tessa to David’s house during a weekend BDSM party and shows her what his lifestyle is really like. Will Tessa give in to her needs? Can she love Zac the way he is?

It was nice to read about a Dom with some insecurities of his own but when he finally takes charge he does it with grace. While the reader cheers her on Tessa finally throws caution to the wind and tells Zac what she wants. As Zac gives Tessa what she needs and wants, he does it with love. The bond that they have only grows stronger with their admissions. Showing us that communication is the key to a healthy and happy relationship.

This book is a great read. I was hooked from the first page. Jennifer Leeland only gets better with each book. Fast paced and well written this story should be on every BDSM lovers reading list.

A chance lunchtime meeting between Catherine and Justin has both parties intrigued. They both feel an instant attraction but Catherine is not ready to do anything about it. Little does she realize that Justin has already recognized her. It seems that they both have been to a mutual friends weekly party. When Catherine feels the need she goes to David’s house to exercise her demons. Each time it must be anonymous but one night a man breaks through her barriers. David sees both of their reactions and breaks his own rules and brings them together again. Will Justin be the man to heal Catherine? Can she finally remove her mask?

This was a wonderful story. A quick read that grabs the reader from the very beginning and does not let you go until the end. Justin is a great hero, an alpha male willing to let Catherine choose for herself and lets her deal with her demons on her own terms. The bond of trust that they begin to build is a wonderful read. Each character is full of emotion and endears themselves to the readers. They must decide if this love is for real and let it continue into real life or keep it separate and secret. This story is a hot read that should not be missed.

In the hills of northern California, Folly camp has a magic all its own. Three couples discover love and passion in the beautiful Redwoods and nature does the rest.



This anthology is spicy and full of fun against a romantic backdrop of California Redwood wilderness. The three couples all have difficulties and issues needing to be resolved before they can find happiness and a "perfect" relationship together. Although all three little stories were exciting and sexy, I especially liked Holly and Jeff's tale because it gives a hint of the BDSM genre that the author is so great at telling. If you like Jennifer Leeland's books, this is highly recommended.
