If Star Trek would have been more like this book I probably would have watched it. Rebecca Royce created a great story I quickly found myself lost in. Her wording was wonderful, not at all over done. I loved the characters and was intrigued by the plot. It was action packed, sensual, entertaining, all wrapped up in a neat little package.

Lizbeth was a strong well written character as was Action. They were both believable and I could feel the love between them from the start. My only issue was the fast sex scenes with no foreplay, pants off, do the deed, move on. I think the description of Troy fit him well and made me dislike him as much as all the crew did. Every one of the characters were written in a way that made them essential to the story and plot.

This is an out of the world good book. Rebecca Royce ties the story together perfectly despite the fact it is a very short book. It is well worth the time to read and I promise you’ll enjoy it.

Mac is a good person and I like that. I have read a lot of books with rich characters and Hannah was the epitome of philanthropy. That alone made me like her so much more. Keith was the kind hearted farmer who loved his land and his woman with passion. I wish there had been a stronger emotional connection between these two characters outside of the bedroom.

If ever the start of a book confused me it was this one. I had no idea why the character was doing half the things she was. The story line wasn’t great. The book was purely about sex, all the rest of the story seemed to be filler. I liked that in the end they did end up together. He came to her in her time of need and that was endearing. The characters were a bright point in this book. They were very real and their personalities came alive.

This book was a fast read—almost too fast. It felt hurried and had it been a bit longer the book would have been just about perfect. The characters were likable and it had a solid plot. There was an obvious and strong connection between Devlin and Cilia right from the start. The sexual tension between them made it even better when they got together. I loved his family and they tied beautifully into the tale.

I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a short read with a great story line.

I am a huge fan of historical romances and April Dawn did not disappoint me! The characters were vivid as were the scenes. Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. I thought about it at night while I slept. At first I wasn’t sure which guy I liked best, but I ended up with a favorite of course—Joshua. All I can say about the twist at the end is WOW! I don’t want to give away too much of the book because seriously this one needs to be read by anyone who is into Historical romance or even if their not it’s still worth it.

This was the first book I read of April Dawn’s and it won’t be the last. She memorized me with her wonderful story weaving. It’s books like this that make me so thankful to be a reviewer!

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It was a sweet story about the love building between two men, Devon and Greg. Devon moved after his mother died and a split from his boyfriend. He needed a new life and that’s just what he found. Greg walked into his veterinary office and his heart.

This story has everything action, love, lust, and most of all a captivating plot. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the ending and the amazing gift Devon gives to Greg. Mr. Dale writes beautiful and made me wish for more. My only issue with the book was it seemed to move too fast. This book could have been much longer. All in all a great book I was glad to have read!

I know I was supposed to be reading this book with reviewer’s eyes, but I became so entangled in the story I ended up reading it for pleasure. I devour books like some people do meals and I have to say this is one of the best stories I have ever had the pleasure of reading.

Tabatha is a strong woman with a fervent desire to love and be loved. She is written in a way that a person can actually see her as being the girl next door and in a way wishes she was. Derek is the dark detective who is tormented by his past. He is a likable character from the start. His need to solve a harsh case involving the murder of children only makes him more appealing. Every character in this book was perfectly written and I could write a paragraph about each, but then I’d have a novel of my own.

They say people always remember the beginning and ending of things they read, but I will remember every detail of C.J. Parker’s book. The characters and scenes will haunt me for a long time to come. I could see this book on the best sellers list, or even as a hit movie.

This book has everything a good book should have. I laughed, I felt Sophia’s pain, happiness, pleasure. Though I have to say I don’t agree with her taste in food, oysters yuck, however love the metaphor used with the oysters. There was something about Ethan I liked from the start, he was real. He was persistent and wouldn’t give up on what he wanted so badly—Sophia. Sophia on the other hand was determined not to fall for him again. Even when they were not a couple I could feel the love between them. At some points I felt like I was intruding on a happy couples private moments. I really liked this book and would recommend it to just about anyone. Great job Ms Drewry, not many books catch my attention right from the start and hold it like a vise all the way through!

Leanne Strange created a beautiful underwater world of Seamyst in Sea Dance. I was swept away into the beauty and customs of Seamyst. Kass is a down to earth character, figuratively and literally. I enjoyed her reactions to Deverel, a brass, hunky merman. I was rooting for them to get together from the start. The only problem I had with this book is it made me want to go out and find this wonderful world. I love it when a book makes me want to truly believe a fictional place exists. If you want a quick, beautifully written fantasy this book is perfect.

Wow! That is all I can say about this book. If I could give it more than a five I would. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to like the story, but I quickly found myself lost in the world of magic and love.

I couldn’t blame Phillip for not liking Aurora, I didn’t either. She was boring. Oh, how the author redeems her. Phillip is what we all want in a man, strong, kind, and loving. There isn’t anything he isn’t willing to do for his love. All the characters in this story draw the reader in and make them want to visit the world Lila Dubois created. The scenes are well written and though I was reading the book I felt as though I was watching a movie in my mind.

I feel lucky to have been the one to review this book. Though it is an erotic story sex was essential to the story plot and the Sleeping Beauty twist was amazing. All I can say is Great job Lila Dubois, great job.

I like Davana! I don’t have any other way of putting it. She rocked as a character and I wish I was more like her, strong, brave, and confident. Dee Carney did a great job of bringing this character to life.

Quinn, well Quinn is a typical male in a romance novel. Don’t get me wrong he was an enjoyable character, but I kind of wished he’d just assert some authority at some points instead of just going along for the ride.

The book was enjoyable and I quickly found myself lost in it. It was a bit rough in the beginning to get into the story, but the flow smoothed out and made me wish the story would go on longer. I have to say as well this wasn’t a typical paranormal book, which attracted me to it even more. I look forward to reading more books by Dee Carney.

I have to say from the start I am not a big vampire story fan, however this story caught and kept my attention. I admit I also needed a cold shower after this one.
At first I wasn’t a fan of Lucas he came across as a chauvinist jerk. He acted like Kat was his property and should bend to his every will. It wasn’t until the author delved deeper into his thoughts and heart I began to fall in love with him. Though he never completely lost his rough edge I found myself rooting for him.

Kat is defiantly spicy to say the least. She doesn’t fear Lucas were most other woman would be shaking in their heels in his presence. I liked her strong willed attitude and her independent streak. It made her come alive in my mind. I could see her standing cross armed rolling her eyes in Lucas’s face and I liked that.

The author did a great job with description and made me feel as if I was right there with the characters. It read smoothly and the erotic scenes were well written with class and emotion in a way not many authors can do. This book has made me think twice about not adding any vampire books to my library. I can’t wait to read the first book in this series now.
